Delicious and healthy chickpea truffles made with natural ingredients!

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, almond flour, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll the balls in shredded coconut.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
