Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and browned butter. Mix until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in toffee bits and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- For a chewier cookie, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
