Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a madeleine pan.

- In another bowl, mix almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in the dried lavender and blueberries.
- Fill the madeleine molds and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For best results, let the batter sit for 30 minutes before baking to enhance the flavors.
- You can substitute any non-dairy milk for almond milk.
