- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons blue spirulina powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa nibs (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, blue spirulina, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- If using, fold in cocoa nibs.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

- Feel free to substitute almond butter with any nut butter of your choice.
