Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers and carrots; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add spiralized zucchini and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes; cook for another minute.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra protein, add cooked chicken or tofu.
- You can substitute soy sauce with tamari for a gluten-free option.
