Instructions
- Rinse the wild rice under cold water.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the wild rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Drain any excess water and fluff the rice with a fork.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, dried blueberries, chopped nuts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
