- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
- 30 ladyfingers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in melted white chocolate until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for a few seconds, then layer them in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then sprinkle half of the raspberries and pistachios on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the coffee liqueur.
- Letting the tiramisu rest overnight enhances the flavors.
