- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and chopped pistachios.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Spoon the mixture into the cupcake liners, filling them about halfway.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Remove from the liners and serve chilled.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle additional chopped pistachios on top before chilling.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
