Scale
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add melted white chocolate and peppermint extract, mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture gently.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint extract slightly.
- Ensure the white chocolate is cooled before mixing to prevent curdling the cream cheese.
