A deliciously creamy pie made with white chocolate and peppermint, perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add melted white chocolate and peppermint extract, mix until well combined.
  6. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture gently.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.

Notes

  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint extract slightly.
  • Ensure the white chocolate is cooled before mixing to prevent curdling the cream cheese.
