- 1 head green cabbage
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Chop the cabbage into quarters and remove the core.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil and add cabbage quarters.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken broth with vegetable broth.
