- 400 grams white fish fillets
- 100 grams rice flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup mint, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the fish and mix with rice flour, egg, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add green onions, cilantro, mint, garlic, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Form the mixture into small cakes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the cakes until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with Nuoc Cham dipping sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the fish for 30 minutes before mixing.
- Use fresh herbs to enhance the taste.
