- 1 pound venison tenderloin
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme; cook until fragrant.
- Season the venison tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- In the skillet, sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for about 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve drizzled with the garlic herb butter.
