- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup orange juice

- 2 cups coconut cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 24 vegan ladyfingers
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the brewed coffee, orange juice, and orange zest.
- In another bowl, whip the coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture, then layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the whipped coconut cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream layer on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
- For an extra touch, add more orange zest on top before serving.
- Ensure the coconut cream is well chilled for best results.
