Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 vegan ladyfingers
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the brewed coffee, orange juice, and orange zest.
  2. In another bowl, whip the coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture, then layer them in a dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the whipped coconut cream over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream layer on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes
