  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, almond extract, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and orange zest, and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. For the icing, combine powdered sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice until smooth.
  9. Drizzle icing over cooled cookies and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
