Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, almond extract, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and orange zest, and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- For the icing, combine powdered sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over cooled cookies and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
