Ingredients

  • 2 cups turkey broth
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 200 grams ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 boiled egg, halved
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine turkey broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat this mixture over medium heat.
  2. Add in the shredded turkey, carrots, and spinach. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the soup.
  5. Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with green onions, a boiled egg, and nori strips.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add chili oil or fresh chilies.
