- 2 cups turkey broth
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 200 grams ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
Instructions
- In a pot, combine turkey broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat this mixture over medium heat.
- Add in the shredded turkey, carrots, and spinach. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the soup.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with green onions, a boiled egg, and nori strips.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chili oil or fresh chilies.
- This recipe can be easily customized with your favorite vegetables.
