- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup horseradish bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and return to the pot.
- Add milk and butter, then mash until smooth.
- Stir in horseradish bread crumbs, season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the potato mixture.
