- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and mash the potatoes with milk, butter, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mashed potatoes to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parsley. Spread the mixture over the mashed potatoes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more milk to the mash.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
