Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and mash the potatoes with milk, butter, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mashed potatoes to a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parsley. Spread the mixture over the mashed potatoes.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add more milk to the mash.
