Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a larger bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
