- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 2 cups ricotta cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
- Place a layer of dumpling wrappers over the sauce.
- Add a layer of the cooked meat mixture, followed by ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or parsley to the layers.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen; just adjust cooking time if cooking from frozen.
