Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses.
- Add diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crostini or tortilla chips.
