- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Stir in spinach, salt, and pepper, cooking until spinach is wilted.
- Add cooked pasta and nutritional yeast, tossing to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
