Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add coconut milk and water, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased steaming tray.
- Steam for about 20 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, top with toasted coconut flakes.
- Can be served with sweet sticky rice for additional texture.
