- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup bourbon tomato jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in cheddar cheese, flour, salt, and paprika. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with bourbon tomato jam.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Allow cookies to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be made ahead of time and the jam can be prepared in advance as well.
