Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 12 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Stir in basil, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and ginger; cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Prepare a rice paper wrapper by soaking it in warm water until softened.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some noodles in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides over and roll tightly.
