- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 12 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in basil, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and ginger; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Prepare a rice paper wrapper by soaking it in warm water until softened.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some noodles in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped chili peppers to the beef mixture.
- These rolls can be served fresh or fried for a crispy texture.
