- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped dates until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into muffin liners or ice cube trays.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- These can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Feel free to add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
