Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain.
  3. In a bowl, mash the sweet potatoes. Stir in sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
