- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, and soy sauce.
- Brush the sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
Notes
- These meatballs can be frozen before baking for future use.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of honey.
