Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add mixed nuts to the butter and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the nuts and stir until well coated.
- Spread the nuts evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
