- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries (for topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the pureed strawberries and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with chopped strawberries.
- Refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For an extra touch, drizzle with more melted white chocolate before serving.
