- 1 package strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an egg mold.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg mold with batter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and carefully remove from the mold.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Slice the baked eggs in half and fill with whipped cream and strawberries.
- Reassemble the egg halves and serve chilled.

- For a richer flavor, use homemade whipped cream.
