Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Gradually add flour mixture to the butter mixture until a dough forms.
- Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- For more strawberry flavor, add extra chopped strawberries on top before baking.
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
