- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually blend in the flour, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball and fill it with strawberry jam.
- Roll the cookies in granulated sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
