  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warmed milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough and spread the sliced strawberries evenly.
  7. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar, then sprinkle over strawberries.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices on a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  11. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla for the icing.
  12. Drizzle the icing over warm rolls.
