- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
- 2 cups water (for pearls)
- 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Cook the tapioca pearls according to package instructions until translucent.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- In a glass, add cooked tapioca pearls and pour the strawberry mixture over them.
- Stir gently to combine and serve with a straw.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk or cream.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
