A simple recipe to make Starbucks-style white chocolate mocha sauce at home.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the saucepan. Continue to stir until everything is well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the sauce cool for a few minutes.
  4. Transfer the sauce to a jar or airtight container and let it cool completely before sealing.
  5. Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop before using.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of espresso powder to the mixture while heating.
  • To make a dairy-free version, substitute the heavy cream with coconut cream and use dairy-free white chocolate chips.
