- 1 package phyllo pastry cups
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier filling, add a little more sour cream.
- These cups can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Garnish with additional chopped spinach or artichokes for a festive look.
