Delicious and festive spinach and artichoke dip served in flaky phyllo pastry cups, perfect for appetizers or party snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo pastry cups
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each phyllo cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier filling, add a little more sour cream.
  • These cups can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Garnish with additional chopped spinach or artichokes for a festive look.
