- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper and fold according to package instructions.
- Once all dumplings are assembled, carefully add them to the boiling broth.
- After 5-7 minutes, add bok choy and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in sesame oil and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, use mushrooms instead of pork and vegetable broth.
- Adjust the level of sriracha according to your spice preference.
