Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground pork, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Place a small amount of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper and fold according to package instructions.
  4. Once all dumplings are assembled, carefully add them to the boiling broth.
  5. After 5-7 minutes, add bok choy and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in sesame oil and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, use mushrooms instead of pork and vegetable broth.
  • Adjust the level of sriracha according to your spice preference.
