Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, vanilla, and spices.
  3. Combine the carrot mixture with the cream mixture, stirring well.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
