Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread (hollowed out)
  • 2 cups chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until soft.
  3. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in the peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Fill the hollowed-out bread with the curry mixture.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
