- 1 loaf bread (hollowed out)
- 2 cups chicken, cubed
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup peas
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until soft.
- Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the coconut milk and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Fill the hollowed-out bread with the curry mixture.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with chickpeas.
- Make sure the bread is sturdy enough to hold the curry.
