Instructions
- Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the brisket thoroughly.
- Place the brisket in the smoker and cook for 6-8 hours, or until tender.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with apple relish on top.
