- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Mix the spices in a bowl and rub the mixture over the short ribs.
- Place the short ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 6 hours or until tender.
- In a saucepan, combine the buffalo sauce and apple cider vinegar and heat until warmed.
- Brush the buffalo sauce mixture over the ribs during the last hour of cooking.
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- For best results, use a high-quality cut of beef short ribs.
- You can adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of cayenne pepper.
- Let the ribs rest before serving for juicier meat.
