Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Mix the spices in a bowl and rub the mixture over the short ribs.
  3. Place the short ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 6 hours or until tender.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the buffalo sauce and apple cider vinegar and heat until warmed.
  5. Brush the buffalo sauce mixture over the ribs during the last hour of cooking.
  6. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
