  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, celery, and carrots. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the shredded brisket to the pot.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through and flavors meld.
