- 1 pound radishes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and trim the radishes, then boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Drain and let them cool slightly.
- On a baking sheet, arrange the radishes and use a fork to smash each one.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some cayenne pepper.
- These can be served with your favorite dipping sauce.
