Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine mixed nuts, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Stir until the nuts are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
- Once cooled, break apart any clusters and serve.
