Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, egg, water, and salt to form a dough.
- Roll the dough out into a thin sheet.
- In another bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, and chives.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
- Cut into slices and place in boiling water.
- Cook until the dumplings float to the surface.
- Serve warm with butter or sauce of choice.
