- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Make small wells in the spinach and crack an egg into each well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the egg whites are set.
- Serve topped with yogurt and drizzled with chili oil.
