- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup wagyu fat, melted
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together wagyu fat, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp overnight.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
