Delicious shrimp skewers glazed with rich wagyu fat, perfect for grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup wagyu fat, melted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together wagyu fat, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp overnight.
  • Serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
