Delicious shrimp and crab mixture stuffed into flaky biscuits, perfect for a warm and satisfying appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shrimp, crab, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  4. Place a scoop of the seafood mixture onto the center of each biscuit and fold the edges over to seal.
  5. Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add more spices to the seafood mixture for extra flavor.
  • These melts can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
