Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shrimp, crab, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a scoop of the seafood mixture onto the center of each biscuit and fold the edges over to seal.
- Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add more spices to the seafood mixture for extra flavor.
- These melts can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
