Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the warm water and vegetable oil, knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into buns.
- Let buns rise for another 30 minutes.
- Steam the buns for 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
Notes
- These buns can be frozen after steaming for later use.
- Serve with soy sauce or chili oil for dipping.
