- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and sear until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional minute until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
- This dish can also be made with tofu for a vegetarian option.
