Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and sear until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add the broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli and stir to coat.
  6. Cook for an additional minute until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
